Shipping, return and refund
SHIPPING YOUR PACKAGE
Packages are generally dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment. Orders are prepared by our logistics center in Yvelines. Then the packages are sent by DPD France with a tracking number and delivered with signature.
Large orders are shipped by pallet by a private carrier. Whichever delivery method you choose, we send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all of your items in a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping costs apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
Box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has a statutory withdrawal period of up to fourteen (14) clear days from the date of receipt of the order, without have to justify a reason.
For returns / exchanges from countries outside the EU, the Buyer must clearly indicate on the customs clearance shipping slip that it is a non-commercial shipment with no market value, to avoid payment of customs duties to in charge of Kewlwork / Anadeo. In the event of an exchange, Anadeo will do the same to avoid a second payment of customs duties payable by the Buyer.
How to be refunded and / or return your goods?
The 6 steps to follow:
• Items must be returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase;
• Labels must always be on the articles;
• The articles must be in their original packaging, and must not have been used;
• Please send us an email to email@example.com to specify the products returned and the reasons for the return;
• Send the articles to Transports Toussaint / anadeo Kewlwork, ZA Nord, rue des Antonims, 78660 Ablis France
• You will be notified by email when your return has been received and your refund has been made.
The reimbursement of the products will take place, by crediting the bank card or the PayPal account which will have been used when ordering, within a maximum period of twenty-five (25) days from the date of receipt by Anadeo of the returned package.
The original delivery costs incurred at the time of purchase, as well as all return costs incurred by the customer to return one or more products, are non-refundable.
Before returning Goods to the Company for any reason, the Customer must contact the Company to obtain a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number. All goods are returned at the Customer’s expense and under his responsibility. They must not be damaged by the Customer and must remain in their original packaging. The Customer is responsible for the return of the Goods to the Company and must provide proof of the delivery at the origin of this return.
Our company applies a return policy within 21 days. As part of this policy, goods must be returned to us within 21 days of shipment.
