Anadeo has designed a Premium technical yoga mat for experienced and demanding yogis looking to deepen their practice and obtain more details in the postures.

The Power Lite is more suitable for dynamic yoga such as Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Power Yoga … but also it is perfectly suited for Hot Yoga thanks to its black textured surface which is rougher and very non-slip.

Bicolor and reversible, the Power Lite has a thickness of 3 mm double density:

• One side (green-gray color) of 2mm flexible, soft and textured for daily practice,
• a rougher textured 1mm (black color) face for maximum traction and grip in dry and wet conditions.
