Frequently asked questions
Packages are generally dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment. Orders are prepared by our logistics center in Yvelines. Then the packages are sent by DPD France with a tracking number and delivered with signature.
The cushions are filled with 100% organic kapok fiber and a cotton fabric cover.
We recommend that you only clean your cushion with an all natural spray and a damp cloth to wipe. Do not place the cushion in the washing machine.
In accordance with article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has a statutory withdrawal period of up to fourteen (14) clear days from the date of receipt of the order, without have to justify a reason. (see: Delivery & Return)
