Article 1 : GENERAL
ANADEO whose site is called ANADEOSTORE.COM is a brand belonging to the company KEWLWORK SAS. The sending of the order by the customer, of a product presented in the electronic catalog of ANADEO, implies its unconditional acceptance of these general conditions of sale, which prevail over any clauses added by the customer, and govern the contractual relations between the two parts. We remind you that the ANADEO offer is not limited to France.
Article 2 : Order
The generating fact of the order is materialized by the “validation click” which has a signature value. The information published by the purchase commits it. In the event of an error in the information concerning the recipient, ANADEO cannot be held responsible for the impossibility in which it is found to deliver the product. ANADEO confirms the acceptance of its order to the customer by e-mail to the e-mail address he will have communicated to him. The sale is concluded from this acceptance. We recommend that you store or print the order form which is then issued to you.
Article 3 : PRODUCTS
The items we sell are described and presented with the greatest accuracy. If despite all our precautions, errors may have occurred, we could in no case be committed to this fact. The information mentioned on each product sheet, as well as their photo, are given for information only. Only the products presented in this electronic catalog are offered for sale. The colors of the photos can vary from one screen to another so ANADEO is not responsible and will not be required to reimburse the costs generated by a possible exchange.
Article 4 : SHIPPINGS COSTS
Our prices are indicated inclusive of tax in Euros. The transport of items ordered and delivered in France is the responsibility of the customer and will be invoiced in proportion to the weight according to the price list of our carrier (You can know the amount of the delivery costs when you consult your basket). The price guaranteed to the buyer is the one appearing on the product sheet on the date of acceptance of the order by ANADEO. ANADEO reserves the right to modify its selling prices at any time. Customers absent during delivery will have a period of 15 days to collect the package from DPD France, any package not claimed by the customer within this period will be returned to us by DPD. The customer must then if he wishes to recover his products again incur transport costs.
Article 5 : PAYMENT
Payment for items ordered on the ANADEOSTORE.COM site and their shipping costs will be made in Euros by the following means:

This information is not communicated to ANADEO and is inaccessible by a third party. The order will be considered effective after agreement of the bank payment centers and sending to the customer of a confirmation e-mail by ANADEO. In case of refusal, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer notified by e-mail, letter or telephone. ANADEO reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.

Article 6 : GARANTEES
The guarantees applicable to ANADEO products cover the repair of defective parts. Return transport costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any product return called to benefit from the guarantee must be previously accepted by ANADEO. To this end, the customer will send by post or e-mail a detailed description of the defect to ANADEO customer service. If the product is recognized as defective, ANADEO will send the customer a product return number. The products must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging, to the address indicated: Transports Toussaint / anadeo Kewlwork, ZA Nord, rue des Antonims, 78660 Ablis France, accompanied by the original sales invoice, including the buyer will keep a copy. On the packaging, next to the recipient’s address, the return number that we will have indicated to you must appear in clearly legible characters. Any product arriving without a return number will be refused. The costs and risks related to the return of the product are borne by the customer. Any warranty is excluded in the event of faults and deterioration from external events, accidents, in particular electrical accidents, wear, installation and use not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Also excluded from the guarantee are modified, repaired products integrated or added by the customer or any other person not authorized by the manufacturer. The warranty will not apply to apparent defects and non-conformity of the product for which any claim must be made by the customer within 7 days of delivery of the products, under penalty of forfeiture. The warranty will not cover products damaged during transport or improper use. This provision will not obstruct the legal guarantee for hidden defects defined in articles S1641 and following of the civil code, when the product is sold to a consumer or to a non-professional. Our advice: remember to check the conformity and condition of the product at the time of delivery.
Article 7: RETENTION OF TITLE
ANADEO retains full ownership of the products sold, until full payment of the price, principal, costs and taxes included. Payment can only be considered as made when the price has actually been received by ANADEO. The risks are transferred to the customer as soon as the products are handed over to the transporter. The customer undertakes to take all care in the care and conservation of the products and to take out all insurance “on behalf of whom it will belong” in accordance with article L112.12 of the insurance code in order to cover damage and claims likely to be caused to and by the products. The customer is prohibited from reselling, renting or giving as a guarantee, part of the products before full payment of the sums due to ANADEO.
Article 8 : DISPUTES
This contract is subject to French law. ANADEO cannot be held responsible for damages of any kind, whether tangible or intangible, which may result from a malfunction or improper use of the products sold. The responsibility of ANADEO / KEWLWORK SAS will, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be questioned for simple errors or omissions which could have subsisted despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products. In case of difficulties in the application of this contract, the buyer will have the possibility, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution in particular with the help of a professional association of the branch, of a consumer association , or any other advice of their choice. It is recalled that as a general rule and subject to the appreciation of the courts, compliance with the provisions of this contract relating to the contractual guarantee supposes that the buyer honors his financial commitments to the seller, that he uses the device normally, and that no third party not approved by the seller or the manufacturer intervenes for the repair on the device, (except in cases of force majeure). In the event of a dispute, the customer will first contact the company to obtain an amicable solution. Otherwise, the Commercial Court of Paris has sole jurisdiction, whatever the place of delivery and the method of payment accepted.
